The wiring of the system is to ETCI national wiring standards.

Preventive Maintenance Service The Company offers to provide the following preventive maintenance service on a annual basis:

Visually inspect all equipment for signs of deterioration or damage
Clean all cameras, lenses and housing
Check and test remote signalling equipment
Check the quality of recording and playback
Check and adjust (if necessary) lenses for correct field of view
Check the transmission of images to a remote center
Log all test results
Return the system to operational status demonstration to client on use of system additional items if required
Provide Training if necessary
Compare current recorded images to previously taken reference images and change settings if required.
Discuss any issues with the customer while on site and demonstrate as required including compliance with Data Protection Act.
Note that the agreement covers the maintenance of equipment which is installed on the date of the agreement. Maintenance may be undertaken via a combination of on-site and remote activities, depending on the nature of the system being maintained.

All of the activities listed above are included in the service charge. Parts will be replaced free of charge if they are within the guarantee period. Otherwise, the cost of replacement will be borne by the Client.
